This cutting-edge technology follows the powder coating process by utilizing films featuring UV-stable inks with diverse replicated wood patterns which are carefully wrapped around the powder-coated materials. By applying heat and pressure, the inks undergo a phase change, seamlessly transferring deep into the powder coating itself, rather than remaining on the surface. This integration ensures that the UV-stable inks become an intrinsic part of the finish, enhancing both durability and realistic aesthetics. The refined blend of extruded aluminum, powder coating, and sublimated finishes sets a new standard in building materials, elevating quality, aesthetics, performance, and sustainability to unprecedented heights.

Luxyclad is manufacturered from 70% recycled content and finished with hyper durable powder coatings which contain zero volatile organic compounds (VOC's). Our products are completely recyclable at the end of their life cycle.
NON COMBUSTIBLE

Class A fire rated, Luxyclad is non-combustible and does not produce toxic fumes even at extremely high temperatures.
CORROSION
RESISTANT
Luxyclad is made from architectural grade aluminum, sealed to offer extremely high weatherability and corrosion resistance even in the most extreme environments.
HIGH UV RESISTANCE
Luxyclad high-performance finishes are AAMA 2604/05 rated, making them highly resistant to ultra violet (UV) rays which result in a long lasting, highly aesthetic product.
HIGHLY SCRATCH-RESISTANT
Luxyclad finishes are robust and protect against parallel-linear exertions of force. Increased scratch resistance results in better protection against weathering, chemicals and general wear.
IMPACT RESISTANT
